This project began from the location itself. Our client was drawn to this particular location and brought his family there for a picnic before construction ever began. It was a place where he could already see the potential—a property that offered something truly unique.

Set on nearly 1.5 acres, the land is surrounded by open space, peaceful views, and a breathtaking mountain backdrop. The natural beauty of the property became the foundation for the home's design.

Built from the ground up, the home was designed around the property's incredible setting. The backyard features an infinity pool overlooking the mountains, while the interior was created with open living spaces and expansive windows that keep the views present throughout the home. The vaulted ceilings and unique layout gave the home a character all its own.

This arch house in the San Fernando Valley had a total cost of $700,000 and included a full home remodel, a high-end custom luxury redesign, and a ground-up build of a 500 square foot ADU. The goal was to completely transform the home with modern finishes, custom details, and smart upgrades that maximize the property value.

Originally purchased for $1.8 million, the homeowner, Johnny, invested $900,000 total and the property is now listed for over $4 million—a perfect example of how strategic luxury home renovation, custom remodeling and ADU development can dramatically increase real estate value and investment return.

This project came to us through a referral from Cynthia, one of our previous clients. The homeowners had just moved from a condo in Encino to a house in Agoura Hills as they were getting ready to start a family. Both are lawyers, and from the beginning they were very thoughtful about balancing the home they wanted with a budget they felt comfortable with.

As with many older homes, the biggest surprise came after we opened up the floors. We discovered foundation issues that required much more work than originally planned, so a significant portion of the foundation had to be rebuilt before the rest of the remodel could move forward.

The remodel included a new kitchen, flooring throughout, three bathrooms, stairs and railings, drywall and paint, and the removal of old wallpaper. The heart of the project, and the detail everyone gravitates toward, is the kitchen nook.
