“Working with them as our general contractor was the best decision we made. They managed every aspect of our home addition flawlessly.”

“A great company to work with. Honest, competent, reasonably priced with an outstanding project manager (River) and crew. They completed the work on time and at the contract price. They also did some work for my neighbor with the same positive results. The quickly responded to any issues that arose during construction and in doing so more than met my expectations. I was a bit nervous to undertake this project mostly because of all bad experiences others have had with different construction companies. My experience turned out to be great, I would highly recommend New Dawn.”

“Our 100 year old bungalow is REBORN thanks to Sage and the New Dawn crew, which was the same crew from demolition day to finish day. We initially planned to only redo our outdated kitchen, but then we started adding a number of "Might as Wells". First came "might as well" redo the bathrooms too (which Sage totally reconfigured). And then came "might as well" make some boring square doorways into beautiful Archways. And we also took out a tangle of hallway doors — adding a pocket door and a beautiful Mexican carved sliding barn door to replace them. And then we decided if we are committing to all of that, then we "might as well" install new hardwood and tile floors throughout the house too. As we added more and more elements to the rehab, Sage guided us through it all, and our finished rehab is stunning. We love our brand new 100 year old REBORN bungalow!”

“I cannot say enough great about Sagi and his team. They were amazing, on time, hard working and a great value. Their work far out seeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them again with the next remodel. You can not go wrong with this team!”

I am beyond excited about the transformation they brought to my home. Thank you, New Dawn Construction, for making my vision a reality!”
