Kitchen Remodeling Across Los Angeles County
Every kitchen renovation in our portfolio began with a detailed consultation where we explored how each family actually uses their kitchen. Some homeowners wanted open-concept layouts that connect the cooking area to the living room. Others prioritized professional-grade appliances and commercial ventilation for serious home cooking. A few needed accessible designs that accommodate wheelchair users or aging family members. By understanding these priorities up front, we create kitchens that feel personal rather than generic.
Our projects span neighborhoods from Brentwood and Encino in the west to Pasadena and Claremont in the east, with dozens of completed kitchens in Burbank, Hollywood, Long Beach, and Rancho Park. Each location presents different architectural challenges. Mid-century homes in the Hollywood Hills often have load-bearing walls that require structural engineering before an open-concept conversion. Craftsman bungalows in Pasadena call for period-appropriate cabinetry details. Contemporary new builds in Brentwood allow us to push design boundaries with waterfall stone islands and floor-to-ceiling walnut cabinetry.
We source countertop materials directly from regional fabricators, including calacatta marble, quartzite, and engineered quartz. Cabinetry is custom-built or semi-custom from brands that offer dovetail drawers, soft-close hardware, and durable finishes rated for daily kitchen use. Appliance packages range from value-oriented domestic brands to professional Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Thermador lines. Whatever your budget, our team helps you allocate dollars where they deliver the greatest impact on both aesthetics and resale value.

Burbank Kitchen Remodel
Modern open-concept kitchen transformation featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium stainless steel appliances.
Art and Matt Moro, our wonderful clients, are homeowners in Burbank, California, a city that is especially meaningful to us since it's where our main office is located, along with our additional office in Sherman Oaks.
Art and Matt wanted to create a truly unique home design that included many custom features and imported design elements from Mexico. The house design was uniquely a modern antique Bohemian Spanish style. We completely remodeled the home, transforming it into a one-of-a-kind modern antique Bohemian style that reflects the clients' vision and personality.
We are proud to be deeply involved in the Burbank community, supporting local schools, city events, and neighborhood initiatives. Bringing our design and remodeling expertise to clients in our own community is another way of giving back to the place we value most.

Pasadena Kitchen Remodel
Elegant sage green kitchen featuring hammered copper accents, glass-front cabinetry, and artisan-inspired design elements.
A lovely previous client of ours referred us to Randy and Maggie for their remodeling needs. In their Pasadena home, they wished to create a unique kitchen space, blending custom and semi-custom design features.
The project moved quickly, and after this kitchen renovation, we continued working with Randy and Maggie on multiple projects in their home, other properties, and rental units.
The kitchen cost $55,000 and remains a favorite among our clients. We still take homeowners on tours to showcase this magnificent space.
Randy, being a custom cabinet maker himself, praised our work highly, which made the project especially rewarding.

Brentwood Kitchen Remodel
Luxurious contemporary kitchen featuring white oak cabinetry, calacatta marble countertops and backsplash, Wolf range with pot filler, custom brass hardware, and elegant gold-lined pendant lighting.
This full custom, high-end remodel in Brentwood was completed for our valued client and developer, Johnny, with whom we've had the pleasure of collaborating for several years on more than six projects.
The magnificent cabinets you see were imported directly from Italy, and the entire design was carefully planned to maximize property value without compromise.
When planning a remodel, it's crucial to consider the pricing of comparable homes in your area before setting your budget, ensuring the investment aligns with potential returns.
This project had a total investment of $850,000 and included a complete transformation of the kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, fresh painting, and additional high-end upgrades throughout the home.

Claremont Kitchen Remodel
Warm contemporary kitchen featuring sage green upper cabinets, white oak lower cabinetry, zellige tile backsplash, brass fixtures, and glass pendant lighting with open-concept living integration.
Thanks to a referral from a past client, we got to work with a lovely couple in Claremont who wanted to put their personal stamp on their new home. The property offered amazing views of Claremont and although we don't typically work in this area, we were excited to help transform the property and bring the clients' vision to life.
With a remodel totaling $80,000, the home was transformed, and the clients were overjoyed with the results.

Rancho Park Kitchen Remodel
Charming Mediterranean-inspired kitchen featuring terracotta tile backsplash with custom plaster range hood, two-tone white and natural oak cabinetry, farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, and elegant arched doorways.
Our dear friends, Josan and Robert, were referred to us through a mutual connection. We performed an upscale kitchen remodel in their lovely home, in the Beverly Hills area.
Their home features a beautiful antique Spanish-style design, and it was important to preserve that timeless curb appeal while fusing a modern design for functionality and flow within the home.
One of the standout details in this remodel is the terra-cotta tile backsplash, which adds warmth, texture, and that antique Spanish charm.

La Cañada Flintridge Kitchen Remodel
For our client, Brenda, this La Cañada home was already filled with family, memories, and everyday moments. The goal was to elevate the space without losing what made it feel like home.
The kitchen was redesigned around a large island, with panel-ready appliances blending seamlessly into the cabinetry for a clean, cohesive look. Simple finishes and thoughtful details bring a sense of luxury without overcomplicating the design.
The new kitchen brings a fresh sense of function and beauty to a space where family life can continue to unfold for years to come.

Santa Monica Kitchen Remodel
Before starting this project, we had completed a larger full remodel for Scott about a year earlier in another apartment he owns. This particular unit was especially meaningful—it was a home he had once lived in himself.
After moving out, Scott wanted to give the apartment a new life for its next resident. With its stunning ocean views, he saw an opportunity to make the most of the property and transform it into a space that truly reflected its surroundings. We completely remodeled the kitchen, renovated all three bathrooms, installed new flooring throughout, repaired drywall, and refreshed the apartment with new paint.
One challenge throughout the project was that the apartment sat on the top floor of the building. Every piece of demolition debris had to be carried down, and every new material had to make the trip back up. It added another layer of planning to the renovation, but as the project came together, the ocean views became the perfect backdrop to a home ready for its next chapter.

“Our 100 year old bungalow is REBORN thanks to Sage and the New Dawn crew, which was the same crew from demolition day to finish day. We initially planned to only redo our outdated kitchen, but then we started adding a number of "Might as Wells". First came "might as well" redo the bathrooms too (which Sage totally reconfigured). And then came "might as well" make some boring square doorways into beautiful Archways. And we also took out a tangle of hallway doors — adding a pocket door and a beautiful Mexican carved sliding barn door to replace them. And then we decided if we are committing to all of that, then we "might as well" install new hardwood and tile floors throughout the house too. As we added more and more elements to the rehab, Sage guided us through it all, and our finished rehab is stunning. We love our brand new 100 year old REBORN bungalow!”
“My husband and I have been talking about remodeling our kitchen for years but were afraid of the aggravation and chaos it was sure to bring. We finally steeled ourselves and chose Sagi and New Dawn for the job. (In part because of Yelp reviews, so I'm paying it forward). It wasn't aggravating. It wasn't chaotic. Sagi and River (our project manager; I can't rave enough about him) oversaw a complete demo and rebuild. Of course there were occasional surprises which were solved collaboratively and creatively. The kitchen is stunning but with enough fun elements to suit our taste. From the first design rendering by Sagi's colleague Nofar, we were all in. The different crews came and went, always taking pains to keep the mess to a minimum. And let me tell you about these men — they were friendly, they were accommodating, they were incredibly skilled and took pride in their work. And they were kind. Who looks for kindness in crews? It turns out Sagi does. There is an ethos he has built into his business as well as honor and integrity.”
“We used Sage's company for remodeling our master bathroom and the kitchen, and we are very much pleased! Everything looks so beautiful, and exactly what I was dreaming of. Customer service was wonderful! We highly recommend New Dawn Construction!!!”

I am beyond excited about the transformation they brought to my home. Thank you, New Dawn Construction, for making my vision a reality!”
