“Our 100 year old bungalow is REBORN thanks to Sage and the New Dawn crew, which was the same crew from demolition day to finish day. We initially planned to only redo our outdated kitchen, but then we started adding a number of "Might as Wells". First came "might as well" redo the bathrooms too (which Sage totally reconfigured). And then came "might as well" make some boring square doorways into beautiful Archways. And we also took out a tangle of hallway doors — adding a pocket door and a beautiful Mexican carved sliding barn door to replace them. And then we decided if we are committing to all of that, then we "might as well" install new hardwood and tile floors throughout the house too. As we added more and more elements to the rehab, Sage guided us through it all, and our finished rehab is stunning. We love our brand new 100 year old REBORN bungalow!”

“My husband and I have been talking about remodeling our kitchen for years but were afraid of the aggravation and chaos it was sure to bring. We finally steeled ourselves and chose Sagi and New Dawn for the job. (In part because of Yelp reviews, so I'm paying it forward). It wasn't aggravating. It wasn't chaotic. Sagi and River (our project manager; I can't rave enough about him) oversaw a complete demo and rebuild. Of course there were occasional surprises which were solved collaboratively and creatively. The kitchen is stunning but with enough fun elements to suit our taste. From the first design rendering by Sagi's colleague Nofar, we were all in. The different crews came and went, always taking pains to keep the mess to a minimum. And let me tell you about these men — they were friendly, they were accommodating, they were incredibly skilled and took pride in their work. And they were kind. Who looks for kindness in crews? It turns out Sagi does. There is an ethos he has built into his business as well as honor and integrity.”

“We used Sage's company for remodeling our master bathroom and the kitchen, and we are very much pleased! Everything looks so beautiful, and exactly what I was dreaming of. Customer service was wonderful! We highly recommend New Dawn Construction!!!”
