General ADU Projects
Yoga Studio ADU - Sherman Oaks
Efi is a personal trainer who always dreamed about having her own studio. Her unique vision combines integrally high intensity workouts followed by yoga and meditation, creating a natural connection between body and soul, pushed to the edges.
We had to design a space that would be unique and reflect spirit alongside the dumbbells, mirrors, and bars. We used rough Moroccan plaster on the walls. We arched the mirrors to ease the atmosphere. A one-cabinet wall was fully custom-made to expand storage and the space, with lighting throughout.
The final result is a studio that not only looks beautiful but also supports the experience Efi envisioned for every client who walks through the door.
Luxury ADU - Encino
Designed and built for our client, David, this Encino home was rebuilt from the ground up with one goal: create something that feels timeless the moment you walk in.
Arches became the defining language of the design, carrying through the home to create a soft, natural flow from one space to the next. Every material was chosen to feel warm, authentic, and understated—light tones, natural textures, and an abundance of daylight doing most of the work.
The neighborhood already has beautiful homes, but the vision was to build a house that would set a new benchmark for the area—not by being louder, but perfecting the details.
Luxury ADU - Fulton
The Fulton property was purchased by one of our longtime clients, Johnny, a developer, about a year and a half ago. The goal was to maximize both monthly rental income and the property’s value, allowing him to refinance, pull equity, and continue investing in future projects.
The first step was carefully planning how to create three separate units—the main house, an ADU, and a JADU—while maintaining privacy for each. We started by building the luxury ADU. Once it was completed and fenced for privacy, it was rented right away. The rental income significantly lowered the property’s monthly mortgage.
The second stage was remodeling the main house. After the remodel, we refinanced the property, pulled out additional equity, and used those funds to build the JADU. With careful planning and phased construction, we maximized the property’s value, increased its rental income, and built a stronger long-term investment.

ADU Projects Across Los Angeles County
Every ADU in our portfolio was built with a clear purpose. Some clients wanted rental income in Burbank or Sherman Oaks. Others needed a unit for aging parents — close by, but with their own space.
A few homeowners combined ADU construction with main-house upgrades. That doubled their usable square footage in one project.
Standard Features and Finishes
We build for energy savings and durability. Every ADU includes a tankless water heater, dual-pane low-E windows, and R-21 wall insulation.
Inside, you get quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank floors, and soft-close cabinets. Outside, the cladding matches your house. Options include stucco, board-and-batten, or cement panels.
